MOTIVE (Monitoring Trends In Vietnamese Employment, website: https://motive-euproject.net/) là Dự án “Theo dõi tình trạng việc làm của người tốt nghiệp ở Việt Nam” được quỹ Eramus+ của Liên minh châu Âu tài trợ trong giai đoạn 2020-2022, được coi là giai đoạn 2 của Dự án VOYAGE – “Nâng cao cơ hội việc làm cho thanh niên và người tốt nghiệp ở Việt Nam”. Dự án VOYAGE đã được triển khai từ năm 2015-2018, tạo ra được hệ thống kết nối giữa các trường Đại học, doanh nghiệp và người tốt nghiệp, và được Liên minh châu Âu đánh giá đạt kết quả xuất sắc. Tiếp nối sự thành công của VOYAGE, dự án MOTIVE được triển khai với mục tiêu có thể xây dựng một Trung tâm Quốc gia về giám sát tình trạng việc làm của sinh viên sau khi tốt nghiệp. Với vai trò là đơn vị điều phối quốc gia của Dự án tại Việt Nam, trường Đại học Hà Nội đã tích cực chủ động triển khai và điều phối dự án để có thể hỗ trợ các thành viên mới của dự án nhanh chóng nắm bắt được công việc chung và thúc đẩy dự án đảm bảo tiến độ, vượt qua những khó khăn do ảnh hưởng của dịch Covid-19.

The MOTIVE project, “MOnitoring Trends In Vietnamese graduates’ Employment”, is cofunded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 2 Capacity Building in Higher Education, from 15 January 2020 until 14 January 2023. In compliance with its objectives, the project will need to undergo an external quality assessment. This external expert should assess, systematically and objectively, the project framework and design, project management, and project performance. The evaluation should provide information that is credible, useful, and practical as well as constructive; forward-looking recommendations should be provided in order to strengthen the sustainability of the project. The primary audiences of the external evaluation are AlmaLaurea Interuniversity Consortium in quality of project coordinator, the Vietnamese and European partner institutions, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
