Responsibilities:
· The ideal Inside Sales Support Representative will be a detailed oriented, self-starter possessing sound phone skills.
· A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals is a must.
· The Inside Sales Support Representative will support acquisition and retention accounts in either the public sector or large enterprise segment.
· This position will be responsible for pipeline management, product roadmaps, configurations, pricing sales solutions as well as providing, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone.
· Inside Sales Support Representatives will work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
· Full-Time positions available.
